Typically, these vacations are full of luxury, style, and quality family time. They visited Japan as part of their yearly globe tour. They have returned from their most recent “Wade World Tour” excursion to Japan, though. Shortly after that, the basketball icon celebrated his birthday. Kaavia James, his daughter, wrote a heartfelt note at the same time. The 6-year-old posted a carousel on her Instagram on January 18. The first picture showed the NBA player, who turned 44, dancing with his daughter.

Wade has an 11-year-old son named Xavier with Aja Metoyer and two children with his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches, Zaire, 22, and Zaya, 17. Following their August 2014 marriage to actress Gabrielle Union, the couple used surrogacy to give birth to daughter Kaavia in 2018.They are an adorable family and often document their happy moments on social media. Recently, Kaavia did the same when she uploaded a bunch of photos and videos with her father for his birthday and wished him on Instagram. The caption of the post read: “Promise to always follow your lead one step at a time! So lucky to call you daddy! Happy birthday weekend daddy!”It contained several photos and clips of the duo having fun and hugging each other. One of the images shows a loving, open moment between Wade and his daughter. An intimate, loving scenario is created as they face each other closely. Wade was seen sporting a white top and a bright pink knit beanie. He had a carefree, cheerful look and puckered his lips a little. Kavya, wearing a white hoodie with a cartoon princess on it, is staring at him intently as she delicately holds a lip gloss applicator and applies it to his lips.

The former NBA player shared another video of the pair enjoying their final meal in Osaka, Japan, as their journey came to an end. Gabrielle later shared the footage on her Instagram story. It showed Dwyane and the American actress eating hamburgers at an Osaka restaurant. It was Critter Burgers, a well-known Osaka burger restaurant renowned for its superior, American-style burgers. This was the ideal way to end one of their most memorable journeys. As a well-timed post-holiday getaway, the first Instagram post advertising the same was made a few days after Christmas.
