In an adorable clip on TikTok, a darling Samoyed brightens up an already festive room by giving all his love to his dad. It’s easily the sweetest thing you’ll see today. Take a look!

The video, however, left at least one viewer confused.
“How did they domesticate a cloud?”
Well, I certainly understand where they’re coming from! Samoyeds have ridiculously fluffy white coats that could indeed make them look like walking clouds! Or marshmallows.
“Watch how my dog says good morning,” the clip begins as the precious pooch enters the living room from an outdoor deck, shaking off his morning sleepies.

After a quick hello to his other pet parent, the Samoyed turns around, wags his tail, and gently gets on his hind legs to give his pet papa a big, loving hug!
“Yes, I’m clearly the third wheel in this family,” the pup’s mamma says.
Fans can’t get enough of this guy!
“He gives hugs??? OMG,” said a viewer.

“I just know that a hug from him would cure my depression,” added another.
“How can you have a bad day if your day starts like this?” said a third.
Some pet parents shared their own stories of how their pets also play favorites with their partners.
“I know how this feels,” explained a fan. “My cats cannot get enough of my husband. They run to him when he comes through the door, and it’s his lap they prefer at night—and yet I’m the one who gives them breakfast and showers them with praise and compliments all day long!”

Samoyeds are known for their friendly, gentle dispositions, and they thrive on human companionship. They are also energetic working dogs, who require plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.
The pooches are the absolute cutest! I have to give this dog’s mamma a lot of credit for not feeling too jealous about being the third wheel! I would be devastated.
