Ten thousand Palestinians from the West Bank will be allowed to pray at the Temple Mount daily during the month of Ramadan, similar to last year. The decision was made by the political echelon based on recommendations from security agencies. Entry will be limited to men aged 55 and over, women aged 50 and over and children up to age 12 accompanied by a first-degree relative adult. In addition, entry into the Green Line will require applicants to request prior security clearance and commit to returning the same day and undergoing digital documentation at crossings when entering the West Bank.
