A new draft law the government has prepared brings pension raises for military and security force retirees, as well as retroactive payments.
The regulation corrects certain distortions created after the changes in the special payrolls and provides for a new method of calculation so that pensions are in line with the salaries of those in service.
In contrast to the general social security system, where pensions are calculated based on contributions and average salaries during the insurance period, for these specific categories the principle of linking the pension to the salaries of those working continues to apply.
