The Hayek-Pinault household was in celebration mode over the weekend as the family rang in Valentina Hayek-Pinault’s 18th birthday in the U.K.—and mom Salma Hayek gave fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the playful festivities. Hayek and her lookalike daughter could be seen dancing together as they “kept the party going all weekend” in rare mother-daughter videos shared by the Frida actress.
Hayek revealed that her mini-me also loves to take a spin on the dance floor whenever possible as she joined her “dancing queen” at Chilham Castle in Canterbury. In an Instagram carousel shared on Monday, September 22, the House of Gucci actress posed with her blonde-haired daughter—who wore a graphic gray-printed slip dress and her French billionaire husband François-Henri Pinault inside the historic castle. While Hayek opted for a black trench coat and thick waves, she quickly underwent a glam makeover as the party got going. In a video clip, Hayek could be seen wearing a peach pink dress with cape sleeves, as she shimmied with Valentina in a red-painted room decked out with colorful tapestries and rugs. Styling her dark hair in a half-up style, the Academy Award-winning actress accessorized with oversized black glasses for the English fête.

Meanwhile, the 18-year-old stunned in a Gen Z-approved version of the slip dress, wearing a ruby red halterneck gown with a plunging back held together with a thin strap. Valentina wore her blonde-highlighted hair down in curls as she and her mom spun around the room. During a different evening, the suited-up Kering founder could also be seen getting in on the dancing. Pinault hoisted his daughter up over his shoulder as the father-daughter pair grooved in a room full of family and friends.

While Hayek’s latest post emphasizes how grown-up her daughter looks, she also shared a rare throwback of Valentina on Sunday while ringing in her only daughter’s milestone birthday. Sharing a photo of the toddler wearing a two-piece skirt set and dancing, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit star penned a sweet message to her “beautiful dancing queen.” She called out Valentia’s “kind passionate heart, a wise soul full of magic, a unique, unstoppable force of nature with a witty sense of humor and stubborn tenacity” in the heartfelt post.
