Iran, Hezbollah, Yemen fire hits Tel Aviv area; 1 injured

Israel came under a multi-front attack Saturday, with fire from Iran, Lebanon and Yemen targeting central and northern regions, leaving one person lightly injured and causing widespread damage across the Tel Aviv area.

At least six impact sites were reported across central Israel, including Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Bnei Brak, Givatayim, Petah Tikva and Rosh HaAyin. Emergency and rescue teams said several locations sustained heavy damage, though no people were reported trapped.

In Petah Tikva, a woman was lightly injured by shrapnel, while elsewhere officials reported significant property damage but no additional casualties.

Ramat Gan Mayor Carmel Shama-Hacohen, speaking at one of the impact sites, said emergency crews were already operating on the ground. “There are no casualties, but there is extensive destruction and major property damage,” he said, adding that authorities were working to assist residents and restore order.

Images from the scene showed a vehicle overturned in Tel Aviv and heavy damage to a residential building in Ramat Gan, reportedly caused by a cluster-type missile.

Fire and rescue services said teams were continuing to scan affected areas for possible casualties as the situation developed.

In northern Israel, additional sirens were activated in communities near the Lebanese border, including Kfar Yuval, Metula and Maayan Baruch, amid rocket fire attributed to Hezbollah.

Separately, a drone launched from Yemen was intercepted outside Israeli territory, with no alerts activated in accordance with policy.

Emergency services continued scanning multiple sites across central Israel for damage and potential casualties as the situation remained fluid.
