The final trailer for The Devil Wears Prada 2 has arrived, featuring an original song, “Runway” by Lady Gaga and Doechii. Watch it above and below.
The clip also teases some plot points of the sequel film to the original 2006 film starring Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway. At the beginning, Andy Sachs (Hathaway) walks with Simone Ashley’s new character, who seems to be the new assistant to Miranda Priestly at Runway magazine.
“I used to have your job,” Hathaway’s Andy tells Ashley’s character. “Got to go to Paris Fashion Week, wore a bunch of pieces from the Chanel collection that year.”
Ashley’s character is shocked to hear that Andy didn’t keep any of those Chanel clothes after she escorts Andy to her new office as the newest features editor at the magazine that shares the title of Gaga’s and Doechii’s collaborative anthem.
It seems Andy has been brought in to “help us through our current scandal” in Miranda’s words as headlines cause stock in the magazine to plummet and more bad press for Priestly and Runway.

“I’m going to make something of this job,” Andy declares at dinner one night as Rachel Bloom suggests she write a book, “the definitive Miranda Priestly exposé.”
Still no sign of Kenneth Branagh as Priestly’s husband, but Stanley Tucci’s Nigel collects articles of clothing for Andy, just not the Terra Cotta two-piece set because she’s so pale, and Emily Blunt’s Emily has a new mantra: “May the bridges I burn light my way.”
Emily also watches from afar as Miranda tells Andy to take the train, meaning the subway, from a sleek silver car. Still more newcomers include Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux, B.J. Novak, Pauline Chalamet, Patrick Brammall and Lady Gaga.
Character posters featuring the original fabulous four stars — Hathaway, Tucci, Streep and Blunt — have also been released in their glamorous glory.
