April 21 (UPI) — American pop music icon Madonna said a vintage costume she wore during her surprise performance last week at Coachella has gone missing and she is offering a reward for its safe return.

The Queen of Pop performed Friday night with Sabrina Carpenter at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, Calif.

In an Instagram story on Monday, Madonna revealed that vintage pieces show she wore during the set had gone missing.

The missing pieces include a jacket, corset, dress and “all other garments,” she said, adding that they were taken from her personal archives.

“These aren’t just clothes, they are part of my history,” she said.

The story was followed by another showing Madonna seemingly wearing the clothes that have gone missing, including a purple corset outfit with purple stockings.

In the initial story, Madonna said she was “still flying high” from the Friday performance, held 20 years since she first took to a Coachella stage.

“This full circle moment hit different until I discovered that the vintage pieces that I wore went missing,” she said.

Along with the clothes, “other archival items from the same era went missing as well,” she said.

“I’m hoping and praying that some kind soul will find these items and reach out to my team,” she continued.

“I’m offering a reward for their safe return.”

The announcement came after the 67-year-old unveiled her new album, Confessions on a Dance Floor: Part II, a follow-up to her 2005 Confessions on a Dance Floor.
