Admittedly, this portable charger isn’t overly unique on the surface. It’s a plain rectangle. But after a decade of testing gadgets, I can see how it stands out above the generic no-name ones you might find out there. It’s small, powerful, and polished.

The last thing you want to do when you get to a hotel is to spend a lot of time fussing with powering your devices. A good 3-in-1 charger makes it easy to plug in one cable and get spots for your iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods—or any wireless earbuds. This UltraCharge 3-in-1 Foldable adheres to that simplicity.

The speedy power is great, but the size is incredibly impressive too. It’s no bigger than a thin bar of soap. It should fit in any bag or pocket. It won’t take up the whole nightstand either.

The Belkin UltraCharge 3-in-1 Foldable works well, powering multiple devices in a small footprint. It’s perfectly minimal while also having some flexibility to it. You can use it lying flat or propped up. If you don’t need the Apple Watch charger, you don’t have to unfold that part.
Plus, unlike Apple, Belkin is still including a cable and power adapter in the box. But it’s not just any charger, it’s a high-speed 45W compact power adapter. The adapter itself can be used around the house if you want to.
While not a major selling point, the rich blue color is attractive in person. It’s fun to have a gadget in a color that isn’t black like all the others.
Be aware that there are two versions of the same charger. Those with a keen eye might notice that some shots of this product seem to show it as an oval, while others show it as a rectangle. I was told that they’re the same, except for the slight shape variance because of channel sales. So, don’t let that slight difference confuse you. This is a great charger and probably worth investing in for traveling with for the next few years.
