As tradition dictates, the season will open in Ruka (FIN), with Moguls competition on the iconic Battery Run scheduled for December 5.

Meanwhile, the Aerials athletes will begin their campaign in China’s Secret Garden — a venue with strong Olympic legacy and a key location for the continued growth and popularity of Aerials in the region.

After the early-season events, the calendar builds momentum in January with the traditional North American leg.

The tour begins in Lac-Beauport (CAN), hosting Aerials and Aerials Mixed Team competitions on January 9–10. The following weekend, Lake Placid (USA) continues with another set of Aerials events, while Val St. Come (CAN) resumes the Moguls circuit with Moguls and Dual Moguls competitions.

The East Coast swing continues in Waterville Valley (USA), where Moguls and Dual Moguls will take place on January 22–23. The North American tour then moves west to the Rockies, concluding in Deer Valley (USA) with a full program of Moguls, Dual Moguls, and Aerials competitions from January 28–30.

February will see the tour move to Asia, beginning in Almaty (KAZ), where Shymbulak Mountain Resort is set to host Aerials, Moguls, and Dual Moguls competitions on February 19–21.

A return to Nanto-Toyama (JPN) is currently under consideration, with Moguls and Dual Moguls competitions planned for February 27–28 at Taira Ski Resort, following a successful World Cup debut last season.

The World Cup season is scheduled to conclude in Shahdag (AZE), where Moguls, Dual Moguls, and Aerials competitions will take place from March 5–7. As a title partner of the FIS Freestyle World Cup tour, Azerbaijan continues to establish itself as an emerging destination, offering impressive infrastructure and a unique setting for the final battles for the Crystal Globes.

Following the conclusion of the World Cup season, attention will turn to the Montafon 2027 FIS Snowboard, Freestyle and Freeski World Championships.

The provisional competition program includes:

Moguls qualifications on March 12, with finals on March 13

Dual Moguls on March 15

Dual Moguls Team event on March 16, marking its debut at the elite level following successful appearances at the Youth Olympic Games and Junior World Championships

Aerials qualifications and finals on March 18–19

Aerials Mixed Team event on March 20

Beyond the World Cup circuit, the 2026/27 season will also feature a strong calendar of Continental Cups, alongside major events such as the Winter Universiade and the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF). In addition, a full schedule of FIS and Junior competitions will continue to support the development of the sport worldwide.

While the current calendar remains provisional and subject to final approval, it already offers plenty to look forward to.

As the sport transitions into the off-season, preparations are well underway — and all eyes are already turning toward what promises to be another exciting chapter in the 2026/27 season.
