SEOUL, Sept 30 — Lalisa Manobal, known globally as Lisa of Blackpink, has signed with talent agency WME to represent her in film and television projects.

Deadline reported that the Thai rapper, singer, dancer and actor will continue to be represented by her own company, LLOUD Co, and The Lede Company for music-related activities.

Lisa made her acting debut earlier this year in the Thailand-set third season of HBO’s The White Lotus, portraying Mook, a wellness professional and love interest to Tayme Thapthimthong’s character, Gaitok.

The season premiered in February and earned 23 Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series.

Lisa rose to global fame as a member of Blackpink, releasing The Album in 2020 and Born Pink in 2022.

She launched her solo career in 2021 and broke three Guinness World Records in 2023, including for most Instagram followers by a K-pop artist, now totalling 107 million, as well as the most viewed YouTube music video by a solo K-pop artist in 24 hours and the most viewed YouTube music video by a solo K-pop artist overall.

In 2024, she founded LLOUD Co to manage her creative direction across music and entertainment.

Her debut solo single Rockstar, produced by Ryan Tedder and Sam Homaee, was followed by collaborations with Rosalía on New Woman and her third single Moonlit Floor.

Lisa released her first solo album Alter Ego on February 28, which debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 and topped the Billboard Top Album Sales chart.

She made her Coachella debut in April and continues to serve as a global ambassador for Bulgari and Louis Vuitton.

WME will represent Lisa exclusively for acting, while her music career remains under the guidance of LLOUD Co and The Lede Company.
