Samsung announced the One UI 8 Watch beta program for the Galaxy Watch6 and Galaxy Watch6 Classic last week, and today, the brand released the second One UI 8 Watch beta update for the Watch6 Classic.
The beta update comes with firmware version R960XXU1ZYI5/R9600XM1ZYI5, September 2025 security patch, and requires a download of about 160MB.

Fixed an issue where customized services would not turn on after connecting a new phone.
Fixed AOD malfunction when setting a specific Watch face.
This One UI 8 Watch beta update for the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic is currently rolling out in South Korea. If you are enrolled in the beta program and haven’t received it yet, you can check for it manually by heading to the Watch settings > Watch software update menu in the Galaxy Wearable app.
