The Shin Bet and Israel Police arrested Issa Madi, an 18-year-old resident of Acre, on suspicion of planning an attack using an explosive device at a bus stop in Acre targeting IDF soldiers. The statement also noted that Madi allegedly identified with the terrorist organization ISIS and was in contact with Islamic State operatives abroad. The investigation revealed that Madi had taken steps to create an explosive device for the attack.
