New York | Elon Musk’s SpaceX is seeking to raise $US75 billion ($105 billion) in an initial public offering that would be the biggest of all time, targeting a historic debut that could clear a path for more mega-listings.

The rocket, space and AI company plans to market about 555.6 million shares for $US135, according to its filing on Wednesday (Thursday AEST) with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
