A main trailer for Grand Blue Dreaming Season 3 has been released. The new preview comes with the reveal of the anime’s July 6, 24:00 JST (effectively July 7 at 00:00 JST) broadcast start date.
Grand Blue Dreaming is based on the Kodansha-published manga written by Kenji Inoue and drawn by Kimitake Yoshioka. Kodansha USA describes the manga as such:
After moving out on his own to a seaside town, Iori Kitahara makes a college debut he never anticipated. A new chapter of his life unfolds, full of diving with beautiful girls and shenanigans with a gaggle of lovable bastards! The new season will head to Palau and adds Sayaka Ohara, Asami Seto, and Aya Suzaki to the cast as Sayaka Kotegawa, Chief (of the Palau diving shop Dolphin), and Maki, respectively.
The Grand Blue Dreaming manga started serialization in Good! Afternoon in 2014 and has 26 volumes as of April 2026. The first two seasons of the anime aired in 2018 and 2025.
