A female combat soldier yesterday eliminated a Hezbollah terrorist in an encounter in a building in Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon, where a reserve soldier was seriously wounded last Thursday. According to an IDF spokesperson, the encounter occurred when reserve brigade forces from the Yiftah Formation (679) under the command of the 91st Division were searching a building. At one point, the terrorist opened fire toward the forces and the soldier returned fire and eliminated him. A military dog was killed, there were no casualties among the forces.
