The 2026/27 Israeli soccer season opened with a match that ended with Maccabi Tel Aviv celebrating the season’s first title – defeating Hapoel Beersheba 3-1 at Toto Turner Stadium and winning the Champions of Champions. Following the victory, the Yellows also automatically advanced to the Toto Cup semifinals.
