Member states of the International Criminal Court on Friday voted to remove prosecutor Karim Khan – who oversaw the ICC investigation into Israel’s conduct in Gaza and sought warrants against Israeli officials over alleged Gaza war crimes – a UN source told Haaretz. A source at United Nations headquarters in New York confirmed to Haaretz that the vote took place and the dismissal was approved.
