OTT reality show Alliance has come to an end, with Mini Mathur lifting the trophy and Aly Goni emerging as the first runner-up. Among the contestants who managed to leave a mark during the season was wildcard entrant Agu Stanley, whose strong personality, competitive spirit and aggressive approach during tasks often became a talking point among viewers.Following his stint on the reality show, Agu spoke exclusively to Times of India TV about his experience on Alliance, the aggressive side of his personality that audiences witnessed and whether he would be open to taking up another reality show, including the hugely popular Bigg Boss.Having experienced the intensity of an Indian reality show, Agu said he would be more than willing to explore other formats, including Bigg Boss. He admitted that Alliance gave him a taste of the reality television format and made him want to take on newer challenges.“Bilkul! (Absolutely!) Alliance gave me a real taste of Indian reality TV, and I fell in love with the format and the energy. Shows like Bigg Boss or Khatron Ke Khiladi test your mental grit, physical endurance, and emotional strength on a whole different level. Now that the Indian audience knows I can handle the pressure, hold my ground in Hindi, and bring energy to the screen, I’m 100% open to new challenges. Bring it on!” Agu said.His comments make it clear that Bigg Boss is a format he would seriously consider. After navigating the shifting dynamics, tasks and interpersonal equations on Alliance, Agu believes he has already experienced the kind of pressure that comes with being constantly watched and judged by an audience.Agu’s aggressive approach during tasks was among the more noticeable aspects of his stint on Alliance. While his intensity sparked discussions among viewers, the wildcard contestant maintained that what audiences perceived as aggression was largely a reflection of his competitive personality.“It was definitely my natural competitive fire! I’ve always been someone who gives everything to whatever I do, whether it’s creating content, acting, or competing in physical and mental tasks. What people called ‘aggression’ was just intense focus and sportsmanship. I was there to win, not just sit back,” he said.Rather than viewing his aggressive side as something he needed to tone down, Agu believes it was an extension of his approach to competition.While Alliance was built around strategy, shifting loyalties and competition, Agu said the experience also gave him the opportunity to form genuine friendships with his fellow contestants.Asked about the people he would continue to stay in touch with after the show, he said, “That’s the best part of the show! Even though Alliance was built on shifting loyalties and strategic gameplay, real bonds were formed. I definitely see myself staying in touch with almost all of them.”Despite the competitive nature of the show, Agu believes the relationships formed during the experience will extend beyond the reality-show environment. For him, those connections were among the most meaningful takeaways from his time on Alliance.Looking back at his journey, Agu also revealed that he would not change the way he played the game. Despite the discussions surrounding his aggressive approach and the various twists and turns of the competition, he has no major regrets about his stint on the show.Asked if there was anything he would have approached differently, Agu simply said, “Honestly, nothing. I loved everything!”With Alliance now behind him, Agu appears ready for whatever comes next. And if his latest comments are anything to go by, a stint on Bigg Boss could certainly be on his radar.
