We’re still reeling from the news of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s split after 19 years of marriage. But even before the news dropped last night, the Oscar winner has been leaning on support from two people very close to her: her daughters Sunday, 17, and Faith, 14, who she shares with Urban.
An insider told PEOPLE that the Nine Perfect Strangers star “didn’t want this” about her divorce, and she’s relying on her family. “Nicole’s sister [Antonia] has been a rock and the entire Kidman family has come together to support one another,” they said.

Another source added that Kidman has been hanging with her daughters over the summer while Urban was on tour. “While Keith has been away on tour all summer, Nicole and her daughters have been inseparable, spending time together bonding,” the insider told the outlet. “Now the focus is back to school in Nashville, where Nic has been getting the girls ready for the new year.”

The Practical Magic 2 actress and “Messed Up as Me” singer got married in 2006. TMZ reported the news of their split on Monday, with sources saying the pair had been living apart “since the beginning of summer.”
Apparently, the divorce is “one-sided” with sources reporting, “Keith has acquired his own residence in Nashville and has moved out of their family home.”
A source told TMZ that Kidman has been focused on “holding the family together through this difficult time since Keith has been gone.” It’s got to be a comfort having kids and family close by when going through something so hard!
Last month, the Babygirl star shared dreamy photos of her and her daughters enjoying a vacation in Croatia, where Urban was noticeably absent. “Summer memories ❤️ Now back to school ✨,” she captioned the post, which included photos of Urban and the girls with long, wavy hair, pretty sundresses, and a cake to celebrate Sunday’s 17th birthday.
Kidman also shares adult kids Bella and Connor with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
