The nutrition therapist specialises in supporting midlife women through perimenopause and menopause, and has now opened her first dedicated studio at Suite 44, Anglo House on Worcester Road.
Ms Todd said: “It’s hard to believe it’s only been a few weeks since I opened the doors at Anglo House, Stourport – it already feels like home.
“Having a dedicated space of my own, with room to run consultations, Wellness Club and Cooking Club sessions all under one roof, has made such a difference to how I can support my clients.
“What’s really struck me is how many people have popped in for a free chat about their health – it’s shown me just how much demand there is locally for straightforward, judgement-free support.”
Ms Todd started her career as a Rosemary Conley diet and fitness instructor before training to postgraduate level in nutrition science.
She now holds two Master’s degrees and is registered with both BANT and CNHC, the profession’s leading regulatory bodies.
Ms Todd said the studio will offer both a space for those who want to be part of a group through the Wellness Club as well as one-to-one clinical support.
The Wellness Club includes a 20-minute friendly chat, 30 minutes of gentle resistance exercise and an optional weekly weigh-in.
Clients at the studio will be supported in getting to grips with their metabolic health through consultations, functional testing and services, including a cooking club.
The purpose-built studio has ground floor access and free parking in the hope it will be as accessible as possible to clients.
The studio is hosting an open week taking place from Monday (September 7).
