Danny Tanti, who is a lifelong NCFC supporter, assisted Jonny Human, 47, in launching the anonymous voice note sharing site called Say It Lad.
Mr Tanti, 43, from Norwich, said, “Both of us have struggled with our mental health
“I’ve always been an anxious person.
“Losing my mum last year was the catalyst for me.
“Jonny had his own struggles too, which led to suicidal thoughts”.
In the three months since its launch, Leon McKenzie, a former Norwich City football player, Simon Thomas, a local TV presenter who worked on Blue Peter for six years, and David Bentley, a former Tottenham midfielder, have submitted voice notes to the site.

Mr Tanti added: “The response has been insane – we have been inundated with submissions.
“This isn’t just another mental health page, it’s a movement, it’s a brotherhood.”
So far, nearly 100 anonymous voice notes have been published online and among these are submissions from America and Asia.
Posters are set to be put up in and around Carrow Road Stadium and at the Nest to promote the site further.
Mr Tanti stated that voice notes can be sent in just two clicks and from there, he and Jonny can signpost people to getting the help they need.
He said: “We are doing it as we want to make a difference, nothing is edited, it’s completely raw.
“In the future, we want to have a presence in as many football grounds and sporting environments as possible.”
To promote the site, Say It Lad is hosting a free event at HUSTLE gym in Norwich on October 11, the day after World Mental Health Day.
