CAPE TOWN, Sept 9 (Reuters) – Angola’s National Oil, Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANPG), ExxonMobil and partners in Angola’s offshore Block 15 on Wednesday announced a new oil discovery at the Vicango Este-01 exploration well.
