Apple Music Classical recently announced a partnership with the popular learning and engagement platform Kahoot!. The partnership will see the launch of a new collection of free, ready-to-play Kahoot! quizzes and learning content that will offer students, teachers, and music lovers the opportunity to learn more about classical music.

The quizzes will concentrate on the fundamentals of classical music, training melody, rhythm, musical form, and expression. They will also cover the lives and works of major composers such as Beethoven, Bach, and Tchaikovsky, through interactive challenges and listening activities that can be done anywhere in the world.

Once learners have completed each quiz, they can then access the full tracks on Apple Music, thus connecting their experiences with the work as a whole.

Kahoot! has curated a number of Apple Music playlists for studying and focus, which will offer students another way to bring classical music into their daily lives.

Boasting the world’s largest classical music catalog, Apple Music Classical also offers the highest quality audio compared to any streaming service.

Its major point of difference is its search engine, which has been designed especially for classical music. Users can search by composer, work, conductor, orchestra, instrument, or opus number.

In addition, more than 50,000 album booklets are available, featuring detailed program notes as well as texts and translations for vocal works.

“Classical music is bursting with vivid stories, bold ideas and raw emotions that connect with students and teachers alike,” said Anjali Malhotra, Global Director of Apple Music Classical. “With Kahoot! we are giving new listeners a fresh, playful way to jump into that vibrant world and build the curiosity and confidence to discover even more.”

“We’re excited to partner with Apple Music Classical and help introduce a new generation of learners to classical music using the learning platform they know and love,” said Eilert Hanoa, CEO of Kahoot!. “Together, we hope to spark curiosity, deepen understanding and make the timeless joy of classical music even more accessible for students and teachers around the world.”
