From Hannah Brown to Joey Graziadei to Tyler Cameron, Dancing With the Stars has seen more than a few Bachelor Nation alums waltz their way through the competition, but there’s a reason JoJo Fletcher hasn’t made it to the dance floor… yet.
“This is a little scoop. I was asked to do Dancing with the Stars after my Bachelorette season, but this was obviously 10 years ago. I was not allowed to go on. I got asked and then got blocked by [The Bachelorette] to not go on, which I was so devastated about,” Fletcher tells StyleCaster at Mucinex’s Tampa Buccaneers Tailgate promoting the brand’s 12 Hour Cold & Fever Multi-Symptom. “I would have accepted the offer, but because I was still under contract with [The Bachelorette], they didn’t want me to do Dancing with the Stars. They changed that since me, but I didn’t. I didn’t get to do it.”

As Bachelor Nation fans know, Fletcher was the lead of The Bachelorette Season 12, where she met her now-husband, Jordan Rogers. Ten years later, and Fletcher would still accept the call to compete on Dancing With the Stars.
“I’m a horrible dancer, but I would absolutely do it only because everyone I see that goes on the show, they say it’s such a growing experience and that you become so much more mentally stronger, physically stronger, emotionally stronger,” she said. “Obviously, I would love to get better at dancing, but it would probably be funny rather than good.”

Fletcher and Rogers met in 2016 and married in 2022. They welcomed their first child, a daughter named Romy Blair Rodgers, in December 2025. Almost a year later, and Fletcher is already thinking of baby number two.
“Listen, I’m not super, super young, and I thought about that going into this first pregnancy,” she said. “I was super open about how we struggled a bit with it. I’m definitely already thinking about baby number two, but I also want to be present with Romy and really embrace this first year with her. Maybe sometime next year we’ll think about it.”
As for how many kids she’s thinking for her family with Rogers, Fletcher shared the number three. “I’m a new mom. First baby girl. Obsessed with her,” she said. “I could see why people have so many more kids. In my mind, I always said I would have three kids. But I definitely want a second, and then we reassess.”

She also has plans to show her daughter her season of The Bachelorette, just not all of it. “It’s pretty crazy that we do have our whole love story documented. I would love to have been able to watch my parents fall in love,” she said. “Maybe at some point, she can watch parts of it. I don’t think she needs to see all of it. But I think it was pretty PG for the most part.”
She added, “Obviously she’s only nine months old right now. I don’t know in 10 years what life is gonna be like and what TV shows are gonna be. But she’s either gonna think I’m really cool or really lame.”
As for her thoughts for the future of The Bachelor franchise, which has been on hiatus since Taylor Frankie Paul’s season of The Bachelorette was pulled from the air in March 2026, Fletcher thinks it’s time for Bachelor Nation to go back to its roots.
“I think viewers really loved how and why the show started, which is watching genuine relationships form and last,” she said. “I feel like over the last couple of years, it hasn’t always worked out that way. There are some success stories, but I just think that we need to get back to the root of what the show was about, and I don’t know how they do that because everyone’s trying to get more drama, more this, more that. You start to lose sight of why the show was created in the first place.”
She added, “I think everybody’s really excited to see celebrities go on the show, but sometimes that’s of why it doesn’t always feel like how it used to be. Maybe it’s time to go back to the random nationwide casting, and find somebody that way.”
If anyone knows how hard it is to be the lead of a Bachelor Nation show, it’s Fletcher, who wishes she had a product like Mucinex 12 Hour Cold and Fever Multi-Symptom with her while she was feeling under the weather during long filming days. “On the show, you really don’t have time to be sick.I wish I had a nice 12-Hour, but you have to power through it, especially when you’re the lead,” she said. “You are filming all hours of the day. You’re doing like interviews all in the early morning hours. It’s a grind.”

As a busy mom, she’s still grinding, but this time, she has extra help. “We’re going into football season, which is the busiest time of the year for my family and my husband,” she said. It’s also cold and flu season. I just got over a cold, but the new Mucinex 12-Hour Cold and Fever Multi-Symptom is the best. It tackles multiple cold and flu symptoms, and it lasts 12 hours. Which, as a busy mom, I have no time to be knocked down.”
