The weather Thursday will be clear to partly cloudy, with high-altitude clouds. Temperatures will rise and humidity will decrease, particularly in the mountains and inland areas, bringing warmer-than-usual conditions for this time of year.

Strong northerly winds will develop along the coastal plain in the afternoon, and haze is possible in southern Israel. The night will also be partly cloudy, with high-altitude clouds.

Friday will be mostly clear, with temperatures rising further. Most parts of the country will experience warmer-than-usual to sharav conditions — hot, dry weather — accompanied by increased heat stress.

Brisk easterly winds will blow across northern Israel and the central highlands in the morning, followed by strong northerly winds along the coastal plain in the afternoon.

Saturday will be partly cloudy, with temperatures dropping, particularly along the coastal plain, in the lowlands and in the northern Negev.

However, temperatures will remain above seasonal averages in most areas. Northerly winds will strengthen along the coast in the afternoon.

Sunday will remain partly cloudy, with a further drop in temperatures to seasonal averages and an easing of heat stress.
