Happy Halloween eve. Ironically, next week’s column will feature more costumes than this week’s (which is decidedly fright-free). Airbnb hosted a gala with a packed guest list — including Matthew McConaughey, Kelly Rowland, and Tracee Ellis Ross.
Sarah Ball hosted the WSJ Magazine Innovators at the MoMA, which brought about some amazing red carpet looks. No need to wait for awards season anymore; it seems like every celebrity left Fashion Month ready to get a fit off, like Rosalía, who wore a black-and-white Schiaparelli ensemble just shown in Paris three weeks ago. I’m not complaining! Do you remember what these smaller red carpets looked like 20 years ago? Below, more of the best celebrity looks of the week.

In a sea of great looks at the MoMA Thursday night, these two stood out. Rosalía wore a dress with an asymmetrical plunge neckline and A$AP Rocky rocked an encrusted chestnut clutch and suit from Chanel.

Firstman and Delevingne (in her second stop of the night) shared a smooch at the premiere of his directorial debut, Club Kid. The actress posted a humorous poll to Instagram, asking, “Is it giving older lesbian couple or senior gay men?” You decide.

Hadid celebrated the opening of her Guest in Residence storefront on Madison Ave wearing a tartan wrap skirt from her brand. She knows how to promote a business.

Jacobson is proving to be the queen of menswear this week, wearing the Conner Ives matador tuxedo to the premiere of The Gilded Age’s fourth season on Monday and a white pinstriped suit from Louis Vuitton to the 2026 WWD Honors on Thursday.

I loved the whimsical decor at the Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping fan screening in London. Peak, a Chanel girl, wore a gown from the house’s recent collection, while Grace wore Almée Couture.

Ross’s high pony stole the show at the inaugural Airbnb.org Gala (which is a real event that happened).

The Bravo Fan Fest isn’t the place I’d usually expect a notable look, but I loved Williams’ brown dress with fur trims.

Michael B. Jordan kept it casual at The Greatest premiere in New York, wearing an all-black outfit. Very New York of him.

Denée Benton told me she wants to be in Cardi B’s “Bodega Baddie” music video at The Gilded Age season 4 premiere, where she wore a gown by Bob Mackie. Cardi, let’s make it happen.
