WWE may not have to wait too much longer for the return of a top star. PWInsider reports WWE is hopeful that “Monday Night Raw’s” Liv Morgan will be able to return in early 2026. As far as whether or not The Judgment Day member can return even sooner, it was noted that while Morgan could speed things up if she’s ahead of her rehab schedule, nothing has indicated that this is the case.
Morgan has been out of action since June. She suffered a shoulder injury during a singles match with Kairi Sane. At the time, Morgan was one half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Following the injury, The Judgment Day officially made Roxanne Perez a part of the group.

Liv Morgan’s Rise in WWE
While Morgan gained popularity as a babyface, her stock soared during a love triangle storyline involving Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley. After months of trying to find her way into Mysterio’s heart and The Judgment Day, Morgan finally got what she wanted at “SummerSlam 2024” when Mysterio betrayed Ripley.
Morgan was eventually beaten by Ripley during WWE’s debut on Netflix back in January. She lost the WWE Women’s World Championship in the process. Morgan quickly rebounded by capturing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship with Raquel Rodriguez.
The duo briefly lost the gold to Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria at “WrestleMania 41.” Morgan and Rodriguez reclaimed the title the next night on “WWE Raw.” When Perez replaced Morgan, her reign with Rodriguez ended in one month. They lost the gold to Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair at “SummerSlam 2025.”
