\n\tThe wins keep coming for RAYE<\/a>. The singer shared that her stolen car has been recovered, with her songwriting books \u201cuntouched.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn an Instagram post <\/a>last fall, the south London-raised artist revealed that the vehicle containing the books had been stolen on her birthday, adding, \u201cthere would be no second album anytime soon.\u201d She shared the news along with a picture of a cake with the words \u201csorry ur car got stolen\u201d written on it.<\/p>\n

\n\tAt the time, RAYE (real name Rachel Keen) had been working on the follow-up to her multi-BRIT Award-winning debut, My 21st Century Blues, released in 2023. The incident led her to press pause on her recording plans.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tSpeaking to Capital FM host Will Manning<\/a> on Oct. 27, RAYE explained that the car has now been recovered. \u201cSo it was a rollercoaster journey,\u201d she began. \u201cBut what I didn\u2019t tell everyone is that the police called me, maybe like two, three months ago, and they were like, \u2018We found your car.\u2019<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cNot only did I get it back, not one thing had been taken out of the car. All my songwriting books were there, untouched.\u201d She continued, \u201cEverything ended well. Never give up hope.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tDetails for the 28-year-old\u2019s second album, including a title and release date, have not yet been released, though it\u2019s been confirmed it will drop sometime in 2026. Fans can pre-order the record, currently dubbed Album 2, via her official website.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tRAYE released the first preview of material for Album 2 on Sept. 19. \u201cWhere Is My Husband!\u201d is billed as the record\u2019s lead single, and debuted during her performance with a brass band on Glastonbury\u2019s Pyramid Stage earlier in the summer.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe track peaked at No. 3 on the Official U.K. Singles Chart<\/a> and No. 67 on the Billboard Hot 100<\/a>. To accompany its release, RAYE announced a tour titled This Tour May Contain New Music, which is scheduled to pass through the U.K., Europe and North America in early 2026.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe trek will encompass six nights at London\u2019s 20,000-capacity O2 Arena. R<\/a>AYE spoke about the residency to Billboard UK<\/a><\/a> at the Ivors Academy Ceremony in September, saying that she \u201chadn\u2019t quite digested\u201d the achievement yet.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThat\u2019s a big job \u2014 six nights? I\u2019ve got to deliver,\u201d she said at the time. \u201cI remember when my tours used to be six nights long! But my mind is like, \u2018We need to deliver the best show we can possibly deliver.\u2019 My mind is worrying, but I\u2019m really grateful.\u201d Watch the interview clip below.<\/p>\n
