After the Fed reduced rates by a quarter point as expected on Wednesday, Chair Jerome Powell warned that a cut in December is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-10-29\/powell-s-december-warning-exposes-hardening-divisions-at-fed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"media-ui-Link_link-tVkXhPLPofs-\" data-component=\"link\">not a given<\/a>, curtailing expectations for more cuts this year.
