The top layer was a sequined slipdress in a sharp gray-and-red plaid pattern. Zegler wore the statement piece layered over a see-through white button-up shirt (featuring a collar, a breast pocket, and everything). But it was her sequined, plaid tie that tied the entire look together.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The look was courtesy of the master of suiting himself, Thom Browne. In her speech, Zegler\u2014who captivated audiences with her lead role in the West End production of Evita this summer\u2014thanked her mother and the many other wonderful women who have helped her grow into the person she is today.
