\u201cIt was republished by several media outlets, and it got really huge,\u201d he said. \u201cI was even contacted by several people saying, \u2018I saw you on Insta!\u2019 Two weeks later \u2014 on October 27 \u2014 I received an email from my news agency telling me that they intended to stop our collaboration.\u201d<\/p>\n
The agency often uses \u201ccollaboration\u201d contracts with limited protections that include nondisclosure agreements, according to staff sources.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Nunziati said that he received two \u201ctense\u201d phone calls from his superiors at Nova in the two weeks between his question and the notice that his contract would end, but declined to comment further.<\/p>\n Francesco Civita, a spokesperson for Nova, confirmed that the news agency had ended its relationship with Nunziati over his Gaza question.
