But, things quickly take a turn when Annabeth (Leah Sava Jeffries) arrives in a rush, wondering if he\u2019s had a foreboding dream about camp.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tTurns out, Percy has been having dreams, but not about Camp Half-Blood \u2014 about his best friend Grover (Aryan Simhadri). Percy can\u2019t shake the feeling that Grover is in trouble, but first he\u2019ll need to turn his attention to camp, where Luke (Charlie Bushnell) has poisoned the tree that Zeus created from Thalia\u2019s remains, which protect the Camp\u2019s borders from mythical threats. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tPercy, Annabeth and Percy\u2019s half brother Tyson (Daniel Diemer) will have to brave the Sea of Monsters in order to save their camp and their friend. But, have no fear, as the trailer ends with Percy proclaiming: \u201cI\u2019m not gonna let some stupid monsters stand in my way.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tWatch the full trailer above. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe second season of\u00a0Percy Jackson and the Olympians\u00a0stars Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries, Aryan Simhadri, Charlie Bushnell, Dior Goodjohn and Daniel Diemer.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2024\/09\/percy-jackson-the-olympians-season-2-cast-tamara-smart-thalia-1236096945\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tamara Smart will play Thalia Grace<\/a>, daughter of Zeus. Other recurring guest stars include Jason Mantzoukas as Dionysus the leader of Camp Half-Blood, Simons as Tantalus and Lin Manuel-Miranda as Hermes, messenger of the gods.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tCourtney B. Vance\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2024\/11\/percy-jackson-casts-courtney-b-vance-zeus-after-lance-reddick-death-1236186937\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">has been recast as Zeus<\/a>, taking up the mantle from the late Lance Reddick. Sandra Bernhard, Kirsten Schaal and Margeret Cho will portray The Gray Sisters.
