(<a href=\"https:\/\/wgntv.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:WGN;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">WGN<\/a>) \u2014 A west suburban chiropractor is accused of secretly video taping his patients as they were undressed or unclothed, the Kane County State\u2019s Attorney\u2019s Office announced Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">David Hanson, 43, of Batavia, the owner of Hanson Family Chiropractic, faces felony charges of:<\/p>\n<p><a data-ylk=\"ct:story;elm:img;itc:0;\" class=\"stretched-box\" href=\"https:\/\/wgntv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/11\/David-Hanson_mugshot.jpg\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><img alt=\"David Hanson (Photo\/Kane County State\u2019s Attorney\u2019s Office)\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" decoding=\"async\" data-nimg=\"1\" class=\"rounded-lg\" style=\"color:transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/e10d01b13083c86209e7b02fb3891cba.jpeg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>David Hanson (Photo\/Kane County State\u2019s Attorney\u2019s Office)<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Producing child pornography, Class X felony (5 counts)<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Disseminating child pornography, Class X felony (3 counts)<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Possessing child pornography, Class 2 felony (6 counts)<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Unauthorized video recording of a minor through\/under the clothes, Class 3 felony (3 counts)<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Investigators allege that Hanson recorded over 180 of his patients, primarily women.
