The Nvidia chief was quoted in a Financial Times story as saying <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/terminal\/T5A4E4GEZ1FK\" class=\"media-ui-Link_link-tVkXhPLPofs- whitespace-normal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-component=\"link\">\u201cChina will win\u201dBloomberg Terminal<\/a> that competition because of lower energy expenses and more favorable regulations.
