\n\tSeason 3 of XO, Kitty has wrapped production, which Netflix revealed in July 2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tWill there be new characters in the cast of XO, Kitty?<\/p>\n

\n\tYes, along with the announcement that production on Season 3 had wrapped, Netflix revealed that Sule Thelwell (Saint X), Soy Kim (Like a French Film, Sorry Not Sorry) and Christine Hwang (Law & Order: SVU) have joined the cast.<\/p>\n

\n\tThelwell will play Marius, who may or may not be the same Marius as Q\u2019s (Anthony Keyvan<\/a>) former roommate at KISS before Kitty moved in with him in Season 1. In Season 2, Q revealed that he and Marius had a romantic history.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe did plant those seeds, and we may or may not see those seeds bloom,\u201d Keyvan told Deadline on the red carpet for the Stranger Things Season 5 Volume 1 world premiere.<\/p>\n

\n\tKeyvan will also soon appear in Just Picture It at Netflix<\/a> alongside Millie Bobby Brown.<\/p>\n

\n\tKim will portray Yisoo, and Hwang will play Gigi.<\/p>\n

\n\tWho else is in the cast of XO, Kitty?<\/p>\n

\n\tOf course, returners include Cathcart, Minyeong Choi as Dae, Gia Kim as Yuri, Sang Heon Lee as Min Ho, Regan Aliyah as Juliana, Peter Thurnwald as Alex, Joshua Lee as Jin, Sasha Bhasin as Praveena, Michael K. Lee as Professor Lee, Philippe Lee as Mr. Moon, Jocelyn Shelfo as Madison, Han Bi Ryu as Eunice and Sunny Oh as Mihee. Hojo Shin, who plays Jiwon, has also been upped to a series regular.<\/p>\n

\n\tWhat happened in Season 2 of XO, Kitty?<\/p>\n

\n\tSeason 2 watched Kitty discover more about her Korean heritage and meet her grandmother\u2019s sister, who lives in Seoul, South Korea as a matchmaker. Kitty herself tried not to meddle as much in match-making, but she did give dating Praveena a shot. Unfortunately, her hidden feelings for Yuri eventually surfaced, causing much chaos for her friend group.<\/p>\n

\n\tA talent competition sponsored by Min Ho\u2019s father led Dae to get the chance to tour the world with Min Ho\u2019s brother. Kitty last-minute asked Min Ho if she could go with him over the summer on tour with his father and brother. While her year of study abroad at KISS may be up, her scholarship got renewed so that she could stay longer. Q got into a summer track program at USC. Yuri and Julianna broke up after a letter Kitty wrote to Yuri revealed that they had kissed while Yuri and Julianna were dating.<\/p>\n

\n\tWhat will XO, Kitty Season 3 be about?<\/p>\n

\n\tNot many plot details have been released, but at the time of renewal, summer was the assumed setting for the beginning of Season 3. Actor Anthony Keyvan teased a \u201cmore mature take\u201d from the cast, who play characters that are seniors in high school.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt was a little bit different this season. We\u2019re a little bit older. We\u2019re dealing with a little bit more mature topics, I would say,\u201d he told Deadline. \u201cWe\u2019ve got some new cast members, which is always exciting, but it\u2019s still the same old hijinks that the KISS students are getting into all the time. It was really great to be back.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tValentina Garza took over as showrunner for Season 3. Jessica O\u2019Toole helmed Season 2.<\/p>\n
