\n\tEach night, during her cheeky performance of \u201cJuno,\u201d the singer picks someone in the crowd \u2014 sometimes a fan, other times a celebrity \u2014 to be her \u201cJuno girl.\u201d After teasing them for being too hot or too sexy, she playfully \u201carrests\u201d them with a pair of fuzzy pink handcuffs. As part of the bit, her skirt dramatically falls off to reveal a skimpier outfit underneath. It\u2019s become a moment that fans (and the rest of the internet) can\u2019t wait for, and stars attending her shows have started to ask to get the cuffs thrown on them to keep the surprises going.<\/p>\n
\n\tAfter more than 70 shows during her biggest tour yet, we\u2019re looking back at some of the most fun celebrity arrests \u2014 from Anne Hathaway and Nicole Kidman to Ayo Edebiri and Salma Hayek<\/p>\n

Anne Hathaway, attended Carpenter\u2019s first of five nights at New York\u2019s Madison Square Garden on Oct. 26. \u201cAnne, can I arrest you for being the most perfect princess in the world?\u201d she asked her<\/a>. Hathaway was ecstatic, jumping up and down as the fuzzy pink handcuffs were handed to her. A great bit would be for Hathaway to show up to another Carpenter show, this time as Runway assistant Andrea Sachs. Florals for spring? Groundbreaking. \u2014A.M.<\/p>\n \tNicole Kidman<\/p>\n \t\t\t \n\tOn Nov. 4, Nicole Kidman texted<\/a> her teenage daughter, Sunday Rose. \u201cHi baby, I\u2019m heading down to be arrested,\u201d she said. But the only handcuffs Kidman got were pink fuzzy ones at the Short n\u2019 Sweet stop in Nashville, where Sabrina Carpenter called out the actress in the audience. \u201cWe come to this arena for magic, right?\u201d she said<\/a>, nodding to Kidman\u2019s famous AMC ad<\/a> (and also Practical Magic<\/a>, we here at Rolling Stone would like to think). \u201cOh, my goodness, speaking of magic. I expected to find love, but not my soulmate. What is your name?\u201d She then made a reference to Kidman\u2019s 2024 kink drama<\/a>. \u201cYou\u2019re so \u2014 oh, babygirl, I don\u2019t know what to do!\u201d All that\u2019s missing? A frosty glass of milk. \u2014A.M.<\/p>\n \tBaby Spice<\/p>\n \t\t\t \n\tWhile playing London this spring album, Carpenter got a visit from royalty. Emma Bunton a.k.a. Baby Spice of the Spice Girls was in the audience and got gleefully arrested by Carpenter during the show. \u201cYou\u2019re kind of spicing up my life a little bit,\u201d Carpenter told Bunton from the stage. \u201cEmma, would you please do me the honors of being mine forever?\u201d \u2013 B.S.<\/p>\n \tMarcello Hernandez<\/p>\n \t\t\t \n\tLast October, Saturday Night Live\u2019s Marcello Hernandez went viral for his role as Domingo in the cheeky sketch that plays with Carpenter\u2019s \u201cEspresso\u201d (with some assistance from that week\u2019s host Ariana Grande). A month later, Hernandez was arrested as Domingo at night two of the star\u2019s Los Angeles shows. After Carpenter asked Hernandez if he had anything he wanted to say before he was arrested, the comedian reprised his rendition of \u201cEspresso\u201d from the sketch, in character and this time dedicated to Carpenter: \u201cCame all this way \/ Had to explain \/ Direct from Domingo \/ Sabrina\u2019s a friend \/ She\u2019s like my sis \/ But I would hook up though.\u201d \u2013 B.S.<\/p>\n \tSalma Hayek<\/p>\n \t\t\t \n\tSalma Hayek admits that she had a fun time getting handcuffed by Sabrina Carpenter in London back in March. However, she had a little trouble later on. \u201cAfterwards, my daughter put it on and we couldn\u2019t get them off,\u201d the Mexican actress later told Jimmy Fallon of of her daughter Valentina. \u201cI had to go to school and we couldn\u2019t get them off. But eventually, we started smacking on things and she liberated herself from the handcuffs.\u201d \u2014T.M.<\/p>\n \tGigi Hadid<\/p>\n \t\t\t \n\tPerforming in her home state of Pennsylvania on Oct. 23, Carpenter scanned the crowd at Pittsburgh\u2019s PPG Paints Arena and spotted model Gigi Hadid. \u201cGigi, wow, where are you from?\u201d she said.<\/a> Hadid replied that she\u2019s from Bucks County, just like Carpenter. \u201cWow, maybe we are soulmates!\u201d she told her. As with every show, Carpenter\u2019s outfit proceeded to fall to the ground, revealing a mini skirt. \u201c\u201cGigi, I\u2019m getting so hot and flustered. I feel like \u2014 oh my God, shit! That always happens when I get excited about love.\u201d \u2014A.M.<\/p>\n \tMargaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff<\/p>\n \t\t\t \n\tCarpenter loves a double entendre, not just in her music. During the second night of Carpenter\u2019s two shows at Los Angeles\u2019 Kia Forum last November, she arrested<\/a> her producer, Jack Antonoff. \u201cThis is super awkward,\u201d she told him. \u201cI\u2019m so confident you can produce someone even hotter than you.\u201d His wife, actress Margaret Qualley, then walked up. \u201cNow that, ladies and gentlemen, this is a hottie with substance,\u201d Carpenter said, in a nod to Qualley\u2019s role in The Substance<\/a>. \u201cWhoever made you, God bless them. God bless their genetics.\u201d She continued to flirt with Qualley, as her sparkly clothes dropped to the floor: \u201cI think that Margaret and Sabrina are good names to be in a relationship together. During one of Sabrina Carpenter\u2019s sold-out shows at Hyde Park in London over the summer, the singer arrested Ayo Edebiri and Clairo, who started doing the \u201cApple\u201d dance instead of playing along with the bit. \u201cSo it\u2019s close, that\u2019s just a different show,\u201d Carpenter told the actress and the singer. \u201cAyo, I\u2019m feeling you so hard,\u201d Sabrina said before going: \u201cSorry about the Clairo shade, I\u2019m kidding. Claire, I love you too.\u201d \u2014T.M.<\/p>\n \tTWICE<\/p>\n \t\t\t \n\tShe\u2019s going to need a few more handcuffs if she wants the whole group next time. While headlining Lollapalooza over the summer, Sabrina Carpenter arrested K-pop group TWICE\u2019s Momo, Jihyo, and Sana, who were also performing at the festival that weekend. \u201cDamn, we have some beautiful people in this audience tonight, but there are three girls I can\u2019t take my eyes off of,\u201d Carpenter said as cameras showed the TWICE members on screens. \u201cI was gonna say, \u2019cause I had to look not once, but twice.\u201d \u2014T.M.<\/p>\n \tCorey Fogelmanis<\/p>\n \t\t\t \n\tCorey Fogelmanis and Carpenter go way back \u2014 the two of them starred on the Disney Channel\u2019s Girl Meets World in the mid-2010s. He\u2019s so pretty\u2026I\u2019m obsessed.\u201d The two of them bantered back and forth for a bit before Carpenter nodded to his more recent role on My Life With The Walter Boys: \u201cWill you be my \u2018Juno\u2019 boy just for one night?\u201d \u2013 J.L.<\/p>\n \tDeclan McKenna<\/p>\n \t\t\t \n\tGasp, he fainted! During one Carpenter\u2019s shows in Phoenix, she spotted her tour opener Declan McKenna in the crowd for her \u201cJuno\u201d arrest. \u201cMy celebrity crush is Declan McKenna so that\u2019s so crazy that you look just like him,\u201d Carpenter joked onstage. After handing him the fuzzy pink handcuffs, McKenna pretended to fall back and pass out of excitement. \u2014T.M.<\/p>\n \tOlivia Dean<\/p>\n \t\t\t \n\tDuring her second week at Austin City Limits, Carpenter arrested Olivia Dean.
