Photo: Courtesy        <\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">A delegation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) held a meeting with Jamaat-e-Islami today (12 November) to discuss Bangladesh&#8217;s sustainable economy and the overall state of its financial sector.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">According to a press release issued by the party, the meeting took place at the party&#8217;s central office in Dhaka around noon and covered various issues, including the country&#8217;s economy, taxation, and social sectors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">The IMF delegation was led by Chris Papageorgiou, adviser to IMF&#8217;s Bangladesh mission chief.
