Kate Gosselin<\/a> is honoring her little “miracles.”<\/p>\n In a TikTok<\/a> shared on Monday, Nov. 17, in honor of World Prematurity Day, the Jon & Kate Plus 8<\/a> star, 50, shared pictures of all eight of her children from when they were babies. In the caption of the post, which was set to Madison Malone and Kevin Kuh’s “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing,” Kate shared that she’ll “never forget what miracles” her children, who were all born premature, are.<\/p>\n “So thankful for all the prayers, the doctors and nurses and all other medical personnel that helped all 8 of my premature babies survive and thrive!” Gosselin captioned her post. “I never forget what miracles they all are \u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f#worldprematurityday2025<\/a>.”<\/p>\n Kate shares her children with ex-husband Jon Gosselin<\/a>. They first became parents in October 2000 when they welcomed twin girls, Mady and Cara, 25.
