The Realme GT 8 Pro<\/a>, which was unveiled in China last month and introduced to international markets<\/a> last week, will go on sale in India today at 12 PM local time. It will be sold through Realme’s official Indian website, Flipkart, and offline retailers.<\/p>\n

The GT 8 Pro comes in Diary White and Urban Blue colors in India with two memory options – 12GB\/256GB and 16GB\/512GB, priced at INR72,999 ($820\/\u20ac710) and INR78,999 ($885\/\u20ac770), respectively. However, as part of the bank offer, you can get a discount of INR5,000 ($55\/\u20ac50) for a limited time on both configurations, along with a camera deco set as a gift.<\/p>\n

The Realme GT 8 Pro Dream Edition<\/a> will also be available in India starting today through the same sales channels. However, it comes in a lone 16GB\/512GB configuration and is priced at INR79,999. Moreover, there are no discounts on this special edition GT 8 Pro.<\/p>\n

The Realme GT 8 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, runs Android 16-based Realme UI 7 out of the box, and comes with the promise of four years of Android OS upgrades and five years of security updates.<\/p>\n

The flagship is built around a 6.79″ 144Hz AMOLED display with a 1,440p resolution and 7,000 nits peak brightness. Fueling the GT 8 Pro is a 7,000 mAh battery with 120W wired, 50W wireless, 10W reverse wireless, and 5W reverse wired charging support.<\/p>\n

The Realme GT 8 Pro’s camera department consists of four cameras – a 32MP selfie camera on the front and a triple-camera setup on the rear, comprising a 50MP primary, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 200MP periscope telephoto unit. The primary camera has been tuned in partnership with Ricoh for the Ricoh GR mode.<\/p>\n

The rest of the Realme GT 8 Pro’s highlights include a Goodix-made ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, NFC, an IR blaster, and eSIM support (including for the Indian model). The smartphone also has IP68 and IP69 ratings.<\/p>\n
