Shakira<\/a> has responded to Dua Lipa<\/a>\u2018s cover of her track \u2018Antolog\u00eda\u2019.<\/p>\n

Lipa brought her \u2018Radical Optimism<\/a>\u2018 tour to Bogot\u00e1, Colombia on Friday (November 28), playing in the city\u2019s Estadio El Camp\u00edn.<\/p>\n

During the gig, she surprised the audience with a cover of Shakira\u2019s 1995 hit \u2013 a tradition on this tour which sees her pay homage to local music icons in the city she\u2019s performing in.<\/p>\n

Following the show, Shakira took to Instagram to praise Lipa\u2019s performance, sharing a clip and writing: \u201cI\u2019m so touched to hear my song in Dua\u2019s voice, in the same city where I wrote it years ago.<\/p>\n

\u201cSee how music brings us together?\u201d she continued. \u201cA girl from London and another one from Barranqulla!\u201d<\/p>\n

So far, the lengthy list of artists Lipa has covered has included Ariana Grande in Miami<\/a>,\u00a0Aerosmith in Boston<\/a>,\u00a0Sin\u00e9ad O\u2019Connor in Dublin<\/a>,\u00a0Daft Punk in Lyon<\/a>,\u00a0Lorde in Zealand<\/a>\u00a0and more.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Lipa has brought out a number of huge artists to help cover their songs. So far, these have included\u00a0Billie Joe Armstrong for \u2018Wake Me Up When September Ends\u2019 in San Francisco<\/a>,\u00a0Gwen Stefani for \u2018Don\u2019t Speak\u2019 in Los Angeles<\/a>,\u00a0Nile Rodgers for \u2018Le Freak<\/a>\u2018 in New York City,\u00a0Chaka Khan for \u2018Ain\u2019t Nobody\u2019 in Chicago<\/a>,\u00a0Jamiroquai for \u2018Virtual Insanity\u2019 in London<\/a>,\u00a0Neil Finn for \u2018Don\u2019t Dream It\u2019s Over\u2019 in Auckland<\/a>, and\u00a0Kevin Parker for \u2018The Less I Know The Better\u2019 in Sydney<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Most recently, she was joined by\u00a0Death Cab for Cutie<\/a>\u2018s Ben Gibbard for a cover of \u2018I Will Follow You Into The Dark\u2019 in Seattle<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Back in June, she played two Wembley shows that later became the subject of a mini-documentary titled Dua Lipa \u2013 The Beat Before (Wembley Stadium)<\/a>, which chronicled behind-the-scenes footage and fan vox-pops from the gigs.<\/p>\n

Lipa will round off the tour with three shows in Mexico City\u2019s Estadio GNP Seguros from December 1-5.<\/p>\n

The tour is in support of her third studio album \u2018Radical Optimism<\/a>\u2018, which\u00a0NME\u00a0gave\u00a0a three-star review<\/a>. While we wrote that \u201cthe sonics on offer here are some of the most interesting that Lipa has worked on\u201d, we also noted that \u201c\u2018Radical Optimism\u2019 offers little else to latch on\u201d.<\/p>\n
