19 November: Details of a 28-point US plan are leaked after reports surfaced that the US and Russia had prepared a new proposed framework to end the war, requiring major concessions from Ukraine.<\/p>\n
21 November: Zelensky warns his country “might face a very difficult choice: either losing dignity, or risk losing a key partner”. Putin says the plan could form the basis of a peace agreement, and describes it as a \u201dmodernised\u201d version of a plan discussed with Trump at a summit in Alaska in August.<\/p>\n
