\u201cThe fun thing that I really like about K-pop is the kind of relationship between artist and fans and creating a different concert experience that I personally love\u201d, Chase Infiniti tells Dazed in between takes of her new cover shoot. During the press run for her debut feature film One Battle After Another (OBAA), Infiniti made her love of K-pop known. \u201cI am an ATINY\u201d, she squealed in an <\/a>interview<\/a> with Teyana Taylor, which is the fandom name of K-pop group ATEEZ. \u201cThey\u2019re my favourite K-pop group. I also really like NCT,\u201d she revealed. In an interview with the <\/a>Today Show<\/a>, the 26-year-old also disclosed that she is in a K-pop dance group with some of her best friends. \u201cI\u2019m in the group with one of my best friends, and she got me into K-pop,\u201d she remarked. \u201cShe danced, and I danced, and we were like, \u2018We should start learning these dances to the songs that we really like\u2019. We\u2019ve done competitions before, and I\u2019ve met a lot of friends that way.\u201d<\/p>\n Below we compile a selection of her favourite K-pop songs that she shared with us and mentioned during the OBAA press run.<\/p>\n Infiniti\u2019s K-pop dance crew, Duple Dance Crew, started uploading their videos to YouTube five years ago during the Covid-19 pandemic, dancing to songs by Red Velvet, NCT U and ENHYPEN. Their dance cover of \u201cOMG\u201d by NewJeans (\ub274\uc9c4\uc2a4) is one of their most popular videos, which went viral after OBAA\u2019s release.<\/p>\n When asked about her favourite group in interviews, ATEEZ are the first group out of Infiniti\u2019s mouth, without hesitation. She describes<\/a> \u201cGUERRILLA\u201d, as one of the songs that \u201cgets slept on a lot\u201d by ATEEZ fans.<\/p>\n NCT are one of Infiniti\u2019s favourite groups, and during the pandemic, their dance group Duple Dance Crew performed a public dance cover of the sub-unit\u2019s retro hip-hop inspired song, \u201c90\u2019s Love\u201d.<\/p>\n In November, Infiniti went on a trip to South Korea with her friends, writing on Instagram that the \u201cSeoul trip made it out of the group chat\u201d. She posted her photodump, in which she sported a Perfidia Beverly Hills shirt, soundtracked by \u201cApple Pie\u201d by Hearts2Hearts.<\/p>\n It feels wrong not to add another Ateez song to this list, as she\u2019s such a big fan of theirs. She shared her Ateez starter pack with Dazed, recommending \u201cBOUNCY\u201d, \u201cHALA HALA\u201d and \u201cWONDERLAND\u201d for those who want to get into the group.<\/p>\n
