RM<\/a>\u00a0(real name Kim Nam Joon), leader of BTS<\/a>, marked his birthday with a meaningful gesture by donating\u00a0100 million KRW (about $72,000) each to Asan Medical Center and Korea University Medical Center.<\/p>\n

According to the medical community on September 12, RM contributed a total of 200 million KRW\u00a0(around $144,000) in honor of his birthday. The donation to Asan Medical Center will be directed toward covering treatment and surgery costs for financially vulnerable patients, while the fund given to Korea University Medical Center will be used to improve medical facilities and expand healthcare services.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wanted to take part in something meaningful to celebrate my birthday,\u201d RM said in a statement. \u201cI hope this contribution can provide some support to patients who are suffering due to financial hardships but are in urgent need of medical treatment.\u201d<\/p>\n

Both institutions expressed gratitude for RM\u2019s generosity, noting that his donations will make a tangible difference in supporting patients and advancing medical care.<\/p>\n
