Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Bank Ltd. (\u201cDBS\u201d) and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (\u201cOCBC\u201d), on the issue of S$300 million 2.65% notes due 2035 (\u201cNotes\u201d) by NetLink Treasury Pte. Ltd., under its S$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme.<\/p>\n

The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by NetLink NBN Management Pte. Ltd. (in its capacity as trustee-manager of NetLink NBN Trust).<\/p>\n
