{"id":172779,"date":"2025-12-07T19:16:12","date_gmt":"2025-12-07T19:16:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/172779\/"},"modified":"2025-12-07T19:16:12","modified_gmt":"2025-12-07T19:16:12","slug":"when-new-wrexham-radio-station-marcher-vibe-will-launch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/172779\/","title":{"rendered":"When new Wrexham radio station &#8216;Marcher Vibe&#8217; will launch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n  A fresh new sound is coming to the area thanks to the &#8216;Marcher Vibe&#8217; team.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  They have announced that the city\u2019s newest radio station will launch at 7am on Monday, January 5, 2026.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Created for listeners aged 35 to 54, Marcher Vibe will deliver a vibrant mix of classic hits from the \u201970s, \u201980s, \u201990s, and 2000s.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  That will be alongside the best adult-friendly chart hits of today, offering a soundtrack designed to energise Wrexham every day.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The station is the brainchild of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaderlive.co.uk\/news\/25455521.radio-host-returns-wrexham-airwaves-20-years\/?ref=ed_direct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">popular local presenter Dave Lee<\/a> (formerly of Marcher Sound and MFM), who is returning to full-time broadcasting to host the weekday Breakfast Show from 7am to 10am.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  TOP STORIES TODAY\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Listeners can tune in easily on Alexa by asking their device to \u201cEnable Marcher Vibe.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\"\/>Marcher Vibe will be launching in January 2026.
