Prince Andrew<\/a> and Sarah Ferguson are reportedly ending their royal exile. The former Duke and Duchess of York are about to attend an important royal event together. They lost their titles allegedly due to controversial matters. Now, as per a source, Andrew and Ferguson will be attending their granddaughter\u2019s baptism event.<\/p>\n

As per the Daily Mail<\/a>, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson will be attending their granddaughter Athena\u2019s palace christening. Their daughter, Princess Beatrice, and her husband, Edo Mapelli Mozzi, have reportedly organized the event at the Chapel Royal, St James\u2019s Palace. A source stated, \u201cIt\u2019s going to be a royal occasion, but everyone is dreading the thought of seeing Andrew there.\u201d Princess Beatrice allegedly has a strained relationship with the former Duke of York.<\/p>\n

An insider shared, \u201cBeatrice has, of course invited her father. \u201d However, \u201cthings are not warm between them.\u201d Nevertheless, the 37-year-old is \u201cworried about him.\u201d She reportedly \u201crecognises that he dotes on his grandchildren and it would be cruel to deprive him of the chance to attend the christening.\u201d The individual further added, \u201cSome careful conversations and diplomacy with King Charles will have taken place to get to this stage.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prince Andrew is expected to be filmed leaving and returning to his home in Royal Lodge, Windsor. However, the 65-year-old will reportedly not be photographed during the baptism and will stay away from the cameras outside the chapel. For the unaware, Andrew and Ferguson\u2019s last appearance as royals was in September. It was the funeral of the Duchess of Kent at Westminster Cathedral in September. A source claimed, \u201cBeatrice is determined to keep the focus entirely on her daughter.\u201d<\/p>\n
