Today, a new phase is beginning for the area known as &#8220;Zv\u00e1ra\u010d\u00e1k,&#8221; located on Ra\u010dianska Street near the Bratislava&#8217;s city center.<\/p>\n<p>The site, located in the Bratislava-Nov\u00e9 Mesto district, currently serves as an office and manufacturing complex.
