News<\/a> that Diddy\u2019s claims about the doc are \u201cfalse,&#8221; adding, \u201cThe footage of Combs leading up to his indictment and arrest were legally obtained. This is not a hit piece or an act of retribution.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>50 Cent, too, has maintained that the footage of Combs featured in the documentary was legally acquired, adding, \u201cI\u2019m going to keep my sources secure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the \u201cIn da Club\u201d singer believes that Combs will eventually come around to the docuseries.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt shows his full story,\u201d he reasoned. \u201cPuff cares a lot about legacy, everybody knows that. This doc doesn\u2019t shy away from any part of it. The success, the trauma, the power, the contradictions\u2026 all of it. He might not like every single thing that\u2019s said, but I think he\u2019ll respect the scope of it. It\u2019s honest.
