Instead, she got a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecut.com\/article\/gigi-hadid-dealing-with-rat-infestation.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">rat<\/a> infestation. In what is potentially one of my favorite things a celebrity has done this year, the former Happy Endings actress has launched a live <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/live\/y31z31V45HA\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Rat Watch<\/a> feed so that fans can help her keep an eye on her many unwanted visitors. In an Instagram video <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/caseyrosewilson\/reel\/DSL_sGgDdWN\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">posted<\/a> over the weekend, Wilson explained, \u201cOn my feed, we\u2019re checking in on rats \u2026  specifically, the toilet rats that are currently infesting my house in La Quinta, California.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"clay-paragraph\" data-editable=\"text\" data-uri=\"www.thecut.com\/_components\/clay-paragraph\/instances\/cmj95teqk001g3b7aafpavvf1@published\" data-word-count=\"80\">Apparently, Wilson\u2019s rat crisis started in the toilet pipes (?), and she has specifically requested that vigilantes let her know if they see any \u201ccoming up the toilet.\u201d She added that she and her husband fled the house after she came face-to-face with a rat on her nightstand, and they\u2019re\u00a0hoping to return to a rat-free home just after Christmas. \u201cLet me know if you see one of the many rats running around,\u201d she concluded. \u201cIf you see something, say something.\u201d<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">my favorite television show of all time is the livestream of casey wilson\u2019s home that she\u2019s broadcasting so fans will tell her whether or not there are rats there while she\u2019s on vacation <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/NySMTqlCSW\" rel=\"nofollow\">pic.twitter.com\/NySMTqlCSW<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Tom Smyth (@Tom_Smyth_) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Tom_Smyth_\/status\/2000782571286782410?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">December 16, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"clay-paragraph\" data-editable=\"text\" data-uri=\"www.thecut.com\/_components\/clay-paragraph\/instances\/cmj95tes8001h3b7amr5b2te5@published\" data-word-count=\"99\">To keep things festive, Wilson has set the black-and-white security-footage livestream to Christmas music, and folks are really enjoying clocking in at various hours of the day to confirm that no rats have been spotted. One concerning comment on her Instagram post reads: \u201cCasey! Omg! I would hightail it out of there SO FAST. Did you know rats \ud83d\udc00 become pregnant every 4 to 5 days? And they can become pregnant again 24 hours after giving birth. In ideal conditions one breeding pair can lead to 100 \ud83d\udcaf baby rats in a year.\u201d Perfect, I am scarred for life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"clay-paragraph\" data-editable=\"text\" data-uri=\"www.thecut.com\/_components\/clay-paragraph\/instances\/cmj95tew8001i3b7a4yawzv6e@published\" data-word-count=\"67\">As of Tuesday, the #RatWatch2025 community has not spotted any vermin in Wilson\u2019s house, though there is a conspiracy theory brewing in the comments section that a rat moved or stole a jar of peanut butter.
